This August is the 20th Annual Harvest Supper hosted by Stone Soup Café in Greenfield, MA.

The Harvest Supper is one of the longest-standing events in Franklin County that invites the entire community—regardless of income—to enjoy a farm-to-table feast for 1,000 community members on the Greenfield Town Common. It’s a joyful, community-powered celebration of local farms, food, and connection.

Every single ingredient in the meal is sourced from local farms and producers.  Stone Soup Café spends approximately $8,000 purchasing local produce directly from farmers. Many farmers also donate to the event.

This year, we’re working with the Franklin County Regional Tourism Council to expand outreach and attract even more folks to experience the value of our local food economy firsthand.
